Brgy. Ginebra's prolific import Justin Brownlee followed up his career-best 49 points against Manila Clasico rival Magnolia with a 50-point performance to power the strong-willed Gin Kings to a 127-123 overtime win against over a hard-fighting Columbian five in the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup, Sunday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The reigning Best Import of the conference scored 10 of his team's 14 points in the extra period on his way to a new career-high as the Gin Kings finished the elimination round on a 3-game winning streak and a 7-4 card which is good for 4th seed going into the quarterfinals.

"I just wanna come out, stay aggressive," said Brownlee shortly after the match.

"We treated the game like a playoff as we wanted to stay in rhythm and be ready for the playoffs. I've been here the last three years. I'm just giving it all, go out and perform," added the 3-time PBA champion who also had 14 boards, 5 assists, 4 steals and 4 blocks in 51 minutes of action.

Japeth Aguilar backstopped Brownlee with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks while Stanley Pringle, who was responsible for sending the game into overtime with a nifty floater, finished with 16 markers to go along with 8 boards and 7 assists. LA Tenorio and Scottie Thompson added 15 and 12 points, respectively.
